All Mini-Bou wants is to be a proper ghost and pass her spooky exam like her friends, but she can't. The problem? She's way too cute to scare anyone! She's given one last chance: she won't need to make anyone scream, or even a little squeal of surprise. She'll just have to elicit a "Whoa!" to get her spooky certificate. But things don't go so well—at least, not until she meets a baby.
