The mountain of trust

The Mountain of Confidence is designed to help young people aged 7 to 11 reflect on the different components of self-esteem, namely the feeling of security, self-knowledge, the feeling of belonging and the feeling of competence. They are asked to answer questions that concern them by drawing parallels with the experience of the yeti.
