Codenames Duo takes the famous Codenames principle and turns it into a cooperative version for two players . The goal: to identify the agents without revealing the assassin or too many innocent bystanders, by guessing words using clues of a word and a number .

✔ How to play:

  • Arrange 25 word cards in a 5 x 5 grid

  • Each player has a key card indicating their 9 words to guess.

  • Three green words are common to both players.

  • The assassin is in a different location for each player.

  • Give a clue of a word + a number to guide your partner

  • Guess the correct agents to continue, but be careful:

    • Revealing a passerby : end of the trick

    • Unmask the assassin : immediate defeat

Work as a team , communicate and use logic to identify the 15 agents before time runs out!
