Inventory Availability

Information on the availability of products presented on our site is updated regularly. The information is the exact inventory we have, but errors can sometimes occur. This information therefore does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability. Note that inventory, promotions and prices of products in-store versus online may vary.

 

Coupon/Discount Policy:

If you have a promo code, please enter it in the promo code box. Only one coupon or discount can be applied to each order, if more than one discount applies the largest or deepest discount will be applied.

 

Sales

We regret that discount sales prices cannot be applied to previously purchased merchandise; promotions are therefore not applicable retroactively. We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise. Discount sales prices may end at any time.

 

Our offers, discounts and promotions are valid online only. We reserve the right to modify or cancel a promotion due to system errors or unforeseen circumstances. Please note that product prices and availability are subject to change and offers are for a limited time.

Pricing errors / Typographies

Although we strive to be 100% accurate, from time to time a typographical error or pricing error may occur. We are not responsible for any such pricing, typographical or other errors and reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from such errors.

 

Cheaper online prices

Our online offers and discounts are not applicable to in-store products.

Since we specialize in the sale of games and toys in store and also online, we not only have a wide variety of products, but also greater purchasing power with suppliers, which allows us to pay less, otherwise manage our Internet inventory in order to offer you, in certain cases, better online prices.

 

In addition, we constantly work with transport companies to offer you the lowest possible delivery costs.

 

Payment methods accepted

We accept Paypal as well as credit card payments. The Chat Perché boutique takes every precaution to protect your personal information. We use the latest encryption technologies (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) to help protect your credit card number and other personal information. When you place your order, you will be asked to enter your credit card information.


Cancellations

The Chat Perché boutique strives to process orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please email or call us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed, please see our Returns/Exchanges Policy for additional instructions.

 

Refusal of deliveries

If a package is refused upon delivery or not claimed at the post office of your place of residence within 10 days, the customer will be charged $20 CAD (return and restocking costs). The customer will receive a refund, less the actual cost of shipping (not the flat rate offered) for both the original delivery (items qualifying for "free shipping" will also have the actual shipping costs deducted) and less the costs incurred for its return which were previously paid by the Chat Perché boutique. If the amount of the costs mentioned above exceeds that of the order, the customer will not obtain any credit or refund.

 

Return and exchange policy

If you wish to return items purchased on our site, please contact us within 10 days of receipt for a refund (less shipping charges), or within 15 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit. Items must be in their original packaging, with tags in place, unused, and in resalable condition. If you return an item that has been used, no credit will be issued. You can then choose to have this same merchandise shipped again, at your expense.

Authorization for any return of merchandise must be ensured and secured by our returns department. You must send us an email with your request indicating "return" in the subject field. At this time, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. Please indicate if you would like a store credit or exchange for the given product. The product returned to us must have an AR # issued by the Chat Perché boutique. If a package is returned to us without authorization, the customer will be charged $20 CAD (return and restocking costs).

Upon receipt of the returned item, a full refund will be applied, less the actual cost of shipping. All shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility including return shipping and package shipping costs. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit when an item is returned to us.

Purchases made with promo codes, coupons or gift certificates are eligible for redemption only. Please note that there will be no refunds/exchanges on items purchased on final sale. For any questions or concerns about the return/exchange process, contact us by email. Items sold at reduced prices such as sales or liquidations are not refundable or exchangeable.


DELIVERY COSTS IN CASE OF RETURN

Delivery costs for a return are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the following case: We have sent you an item different from that which is on your invoice; If the item is defective, delivery will be at the expense of the Manufacturer when the latter returns the replacement item to you and not at the expense of the Chat Perché store. If a product return occurs following a customer error (e.g. wrong product ordered), the return and outgoing costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will refund the value of the product excluding delivery costs, once the product is returned.

The customer is responsible for providing and ensuring the accuracy of the postal address. Return costs for a package are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer wishes to post the package again, the delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective items

We do everything possible to ensure that your purchases are delivered to you in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 10 days of receipt to notify us of the problem. After 10 days, the Chat Perché boutique cannot replace damaged items and questions must be raised with the manufacturer.

The Chat Perché is committed to providing the best quality of merchandise and purchases products from reputable manufacturers who stand out for the quality of their products. Most items are covered by manufacturers' warranties. Warranty information, if applicable, is included in the product packaging. If you have a problem with an item, require further instructions or require replacement parts, we recommend contacting the manufacturer.

The Chat Perché reserves the right to replace defective parts before replacing a defective element. In the event that a replacement part is not available, we will arrange to take back the defective item and a replacement will be sent to you after receipt of the defective item, at no additional cost. Replacement or spare part orders for defective items are not eligible for express shipping. Defective items are not eligible for monetary returns unless the product is discontinued or no longer available.
