DELIVERY POLICIES

When you make a purchase, you must choose the delivery method that suits you best. Different delivery options are then offered to you. The applicable fees as well as a receipt date will be specified to you. As soon as we become aware of your order and your payment has been received, we will send you your reference number to track the status of your delivery. (tracking number)

 

If you wish to return items purchased on our site, please contact us within 5 days of receipt for a refund (less shipping charges), or within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit. Items must be in their original packaging, with tags in place, unused, and in resalable condition. If you return an item that has been used, no credit will be issued. You can then choose to have this same merchandise shipped again, at your expense.

 

Authorization for any return of merchandise must be ensured and secured by our returns department. You must send us an email with your request indicating "return" in the subject field. At this time, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. Please indicate if you would like a store credit or exchange for the given product. The product returned to us must have an AR # issued by Chat Perché. If a package is returned to us without authorization, the customer will be charged $20 CAD (return and restocking costs).

 

Upon receipt of the returned item, a full refund will be applied, less the actual shipping cost when the item is returned. All shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility including return shipping costs and the cost of shipping the package and reshipping the package. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit when an item is returned to us.

 

Purchases made with  coupons or gift certificates are eligible for redemption only. Please note that there will be no refunds/exchanges on items purchased in the sale section or with a discount code. For any questions or concerns about the return/exchange process, email us.

 

Items sold at reduced prices such as sales or liquidations are not refundable or exchangeable.

For oversized items or for very remote areas, Le Chat Perché may contact you for additional delivery charges.

- Free Delivery for all orders of $40 or more anywhere in Canada.

- For any purchase of $39 or less we offer a flat rate of $11 in Quebec and $16 for the rest of Canada. Sending in standard parcel with tracking.

 

- Fast delivery in 48 hours (working days) for $20 for Quebec

As we are fans of reuse and recycling, we send products in boxes that have already had a first (or several) life(s). Pass them on to the next one or put them in your blue bin! THANKS!
