Stock availability

The information on the availability of our products on our website is updated regularly. The inventory on the site is accurate, but errors may sometimes occur. This information does not guarantee the availability of the product. In addition, inventory, sales and prices of products may differ online and in store.



Coupon and Discount Policy:

If you have a promo code, please enter it in the promo code box. Only one coupon can be used per order. If there is more than one discount on a purchase, the highest will be applied.



Sales

New discounts cannot be applied to previously purchased goods. Discounts cannot therefore be applied retroactively. We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased products. Discounted prices may end at any time.

Our offers are valid online only. We reserve the right to modify or cancel a promotion due to system errors or unforeseen circumstances. Please note that prices and product availability are subject to change and offers are limited in time.



Online rates

Since we specialize in selling toys and games, both in-store and online, we not only have a greater variety of products but also a higher volume of purchases from our manufacturers and suppliers, allowing us to have better prices.

This allows us to pay less and manage our Internet inventory differently to offer you, in some cases, better prices online.

Our online offers and discounts are not applicable to in-store products.



Pricing/Typographical Errors

Although we try to be 100% accurate, pricing or typographical errors may occur. We are not responsible for these errors and reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from such errors.



Accepted payment methods

We accept credit cards. Chat Perché Store ensures the protection of your personal information. We use an encrypted technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to help protect your credit card number and other personal information. When you place an order, you will be asked to enter your credit card information. Cancellations: Chat Perché Store processes orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order. If you need to cancel an order, please email or call us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed, please read our refund or exchange policies for further instructions.



Refusal of delivery

If a package is refused delivery or not picked up at the post office, ups, purolator, etc. within 10 days, the customer will be charged $20 CAD (return shipping and restocking). The customer will receive a refund for the original shipping amount, minus the actual shipping cost (not the cost of the restocking). If a product was sent with free shipping, the customer will be refunded for the product, but will be charged the actual shipping cost and the return shipping cost paid by the store. If the total charge is greater than the order amount, the customer will not be credited or refunded.

Return and Exchange Policy

If you wish to return items purchased online, please contact us within 5 days of receipt for a refund (less shipping), or within 10 days for an exchange or store credit. Products must be undamaged, unused and in their original packaging. If an item has been used, you will not be credited.

When you make a purchase, you must choose the delivery method that suits you best. Different delivery options are available. The delivery costs and the date of receipt will be specified. Upon receipt of your order with payment, we will send you a reference number (tracking number) so that you can track the status of your delivery.

We accept exchanges or refunds for a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the item by mail. The item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded. Items sold at reduced prices such as sales or clearances are not refundable or exchangeable. If a product return occurs due to a customer error (e.g.: wrong product ordered), the return and outbound costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will refund the value of the product, excluding shipping costs, once the product is returned.

The customer is responsible for providing and ensuring the accuracy of the mailing address. The cost of returning a package is the responsibility of the customer. If the customer wishes to return the package, the delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss in value is the responsibility of the customer.

If an item is presumed lost, the customer is required to notify us no later than 30 days from the shipping date indicated on the email notification. Chat Perché jeux et jouets undertakes to check with Canada Post. After this time, it is no longer possible to investigate with the carrier.

Clearance sales are final sales.

Return of merchandise must be authorized, insured and secured by the returns department. To proceed, you must send us an email with a return request. Then, you will receive a refund authorization number (#AR) with return instructions. Please indicate if you want store credit or an exchange for the product. The returned product must have a #AR sent by the Chat Perché boutique. If the item does not have an authorization number, the customer will be charged $20 CAD (refund and return of stock fees). Upon receipt of the item in store, a full return of the merchandise will be applied, less the actual shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping and handling fees. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit when an item is returned. When using a promotional code for a purchase, a coupon or gift certificate are eligible for exchange only. Please note that items purchased on final sale cannot be refunded or exchanged. Shipping costs when returning a product

The shipping costs for a return are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the following cases: - The item sent is not the correct one-

If an item is defective, the manufacturer will cover the shipping costs when the item is returned to you, the store will not pay the costs. Defective items We always do our best to deliver your purchases without any damage. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. After the 10-day period, Le Chat Perché store cannot replace damaged items and all issues must be resolved with the manufacturer. Le Chat Perché offers the best quality of merchandise and purchases products from manufacturers who are reputable for this same quality. Most items are covered by the company's warranty and are mostly included in the item's packaging. If you have a problem with an item, need further instructions or need replacement parts, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly. Le Chat Perché reserves the right to replace broken parts before completely replacing the broken item. If a replacement part is not available, we will take back the defective item and another replacement will be sent to you after receiving the defective item, at no additional cost. Orders for replacements or spare parts for defective items are not eligible for express shipping.
