The delivery costs and the date of receipt will be specified. Upon receipt of your order with payment, we will send you a reference number (tracking number) so that you can track the status of your delivery.
We accept exchanges or refunds for a period of 5 days following the date of receipt of the item by mail. The item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded. You have 10 days to return the item to us either in person or by mail. Items sold at reduced prices such as sales or clearances are neither refundable nor exchangeable. If a product return occurs due to a customer error (e.g.: wrong product ordered), the return and outbound costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will refund you the value of the product, excluding delivery costs, once the product is returned.
The customer is responsible for providing and ensuring the accuracy of the mailing address. If the package is not claimed after shipping, the return is at the customer's expense and the cost of returning a package is the customer's responsibility. If the customer wishes to return the package, the delivery costs are the customer's responsibility.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss in value is the responsibility of the customer.
If an item is presumed lost, the customer is required to notify us no later than 30 days from the shipping date indicated on the email notification. Chat Perché jeux et jouets undertakes to check with Canada Post. After this time, it is no longer possible to investigate with the carrier.
Clearance sales are final sale. Jellycat plush toys are final sale.

You will always be informed by email about the status of your order. Upon receipt of the package, you will receive by email a tracking number to follow your order. You will also receive a delivery date.

We are advocates of recycling and that is why our products are sent in used boxes! We encourage them to be passed on or put in a blue bin. Thank you!
