Jellycat-Amuseables Horatio Pistachio

Amuseables Horatio Pistachio comes from a distinguished family. He'll tell you (politely!) that pistachios are technically seeds, not nuts, and that his lineage traces back to an orchard in southern Italy.

Despite his distinguished name, Horatio was always shy—until an artisan chocolate workshop helped him come out of his shell. Since then, whether hand-rolling truffles or pouring viral Dubai-style slabs, he's happiest in the kitchen: sticky, smiley, and oozing confidence.

He's prepared a batch for you to taste. Bear with me - he's still learning to temper!
