BoxBasic

BoxBasic is an original shape-sorting box designed for children from 18 months old. First, choose one of the 5 boards, each featuring a hole corresponding to a specific wooden shape: a square, a circle, a triangle, a flower, and a semicircle. The adult places it on the box, then the child finds the piece that matches the hole in the board, slides it in, and drops it into the box. The piece comes back out easily, and they can start again. The bottom of the box is lined with felt to dampen the sound of the falling pieces. The bottom of the box is slanted so that the pieces slide out easily. Everything stores inside the box. Allows the child to focus on one shape at a time.
